Diligence & Valuation
We conduct deep scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and financial due diligence. Independent scientific advisors review all life science opportunities. Financial modeling uses conservative scenario analysis with explicit downside cases.

Investment Committee Review
All investments require approval from the Investment Committee, which includes the Principal, an independent financial advisor, and a sector expert. Decisions are documented and consistent with the IPS and governance framework.
